Our 3 gallon Turbo liners are wonderful for those wanting a tree to plant in the field, or to bump up into large containers. Their fantastic root systems, straight trunks, and good central leaders make them far superior to others' liners.
We use special fertilizing practices and optimal row spacing to ensure the highest quality liners available. Unlike container liners gown on 'top of the ground' our Pot-n-Pot turbo liners are treated as naturally as possible with light available on all sides which prevents bark splitting and bark thinning that can occur with 'can tight' liners. Our roots are naturally cooler than 'top of the ground liners' with our pot-n-pot system that keep the temperature substatually cooler like a natural planting. Another advantage of our pot-n-pot turbo liners is that we irrigate with micro irrigation. Each plant is perfectly watered as needed without the mold and mildue foliage issues and inconsistanty seen with overhead irrigation. Roots develope deep to the bottom of the container without root rot and other root disease problems.
We achieve fantastic results in the first year. Typically with a bareroot liner the first year is spent recovering from transplant shock and root damage. Container liners ,unlike bareroot, contain their entire root system which has stored nutrition and virtually no transplant shock in the fall and spring. Under irrigation our customers have reported almost a 2" caliber tree the first year on the faster growing cultivars. Our special fertilize practices give the turbo liners a fast start the following year. Our fertilizer is carried over in the container till the next spring for a super spring flush.
These liners are available for shipment in late summer and early fall for transplanting or potting while the labor is still available before the busy shipping season. We don't call you to tell you we are shipping when we're ready to ship (usually and the most inconvient time). We work for you and your schedule.

nOur
containers are grown with a micro-irrigation system to ensure proper
watering throughout the growing season. Our foliage doesn't get
wet from overhead irrigation so fungus and mildew are virtually non
exsistant. The root temperatures of pot-n-pot is some 30 degrees
cooler than on top of the ground production ensuring healthy full root
systems. These are a few of the advantages of our Turbo Liners.ers,
